The Takaka co-housing team are coming to the Earth Hub to invite people to hear about their project and buy into their new neighbourhood in Golden Bay.
They are building two sustainable 34-home neighbourhoodss on the edge of the Tākaka township.
While the first one is full, they’re taking bookings for the second 34-home neighbourhood which is located right next door to the first one.
Spokesperson Ngarie Jones says they’re presenting information about the project on Tuesday 2 November at 5.30pm, at the Earth Hub on Haven Road.
“We’re looking for interest and sharing what we’ve been up to … get in touch even if you can’t make the talk. You’re welcome to come and visit us, especially as we’re just in Tākaka”
